Beautiful entry way through a large gorgeous wood door into a small courtyard area. You then walk up a few flights of stairs, which are very doable but just important to note. The space is cozy but was perfect for my three friends and me for two nights. Lovely view out our window and overall a great experience.

It was very nice

The flat was absolutely lovely and the host was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time. The location is great, in a beautiful district, close to many famous attractions. The check-in was easy and the host allowed us to arrive earlier, we really appreciated it. The flat is clean, cozy, warm, fully equipped.

Mixed Experience – Not Ideal for Families with Young ChildrenThe location of the property was excellent — close to everything we needed and in a nice area. However, the stay itself was mixed. The upper floor of the property gets very warm in the summer and doesn’t cool down much, even at night, which made it uncomfortable, especially for sleeping.Unfortunately, the fridge was broken when I arrived and no action was taken to fix or replace it during my stay. More disappointing was the issue with the baby cot. I specifically mentioned the need for one both at the time of reservation and again during check-in, but there wasn’t one available upon arrival. After contacting the host immediately, they said one could only be delivered the next day — which wasn’t acceptable for our situation. I had to go out and purchase one myself. When I asked for compensation, I was told they had never confirmed providing a cot, which felt dismissive.Overall, I would not recommend this property for families with young children. While the location is great, the lack of responsiveness and inadequate amenities made our stay frustrating.

Le point fort, l'emplacement : au coeur du quartier latin très animé. Dans une cour arborée au calme. Déco brocante cosy.Tout commerces à proximité.Troisième étage sans ascenseur.Problème d'écoulement dans le lavabo. Confort moyen des literies. Propreté de fond pouvant être améliorée.
