4 Bed, 2 Full Bath Cozy Townhouse near skiing, hiking and outdoor fun for all!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnish four bedroom, 2 bath, tri-level townhouse. This spacious cozy townhouse has fun and comfort for the whole family. The entry level features a foyer, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a full bed) and a full bath. The full bedroom has a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board in the closet. The lower level offers a living room with vaulted ceilings and skylights, dining area and open kitchen. Two bedrooms (with full beds) and another full bathroom complete the upper level. Surprises abound with two separate ladder-accessible lofts with twin beds. One loft is in one of the full bedroom upstairs. WiFi, TVs/VCRs and many games and books round out this townhouse. Sunny and pleasant, this townhouse is an easy walk to the Community Recreation Center.
Situated 2/10 of a mile from the Community Recreation Center, guests can walk over to enjoy two indoor heated pools, two outdoor heated pools, three spas, fitness room, game room, and locker rooms with saunas. There are basketball, tennis and volleyball courts as well. The pond has a sandy beach, floating dock and paddle boats. You will have access to two community center pass (others can be purchased). You can purchase additional day passes. Children under seven years of age are free.
There are Two pub/lounges on site at the Community Rec Center, the "Summit Lounge" and the "Mountain View Lounge.” There is a third, the "Tail Spin Lounge" at our own Campton Mountain ski hill base lodge (open seasonally).
We are located a half mile away from Campton Mountain Ski Area, where guests can enjoy skiing and snowboarding for $15 afternoon or night ski sessions. Waterville Valley Ski Resort (10 Miles) and Loon Mountain Resort (19 Miles) are nearby as well.
Enjoy golf outings at Jack o’ Lantern, White Mountains, Waterville Valley and Owl’s Nest. All of these courses are within 20 minutes of the condo. You could also spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Clark's Trading Post, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale Water Park, in Flume Gorge, Polar Caves Park, Lost River Gorge, and Santa's Village.
There are two flights of stairs to travel down to get to the condo.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn hot water switch off. This is clearly marked in the electrical box.
If propane heaters were used please put on low.
Close all windows and turn off fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After 10 p.m. noise outdoors needs to be kept to a minimum. You also need to move away from the buildings if you choose to smoke.

Adela is a great host. Her place is spacious and cozy. My kids loved the extra space in the lofts. We appreciated the games, all the extra supplies (tissue boxes in all the rooms and bathrooms), cooking supplies etc. Everything was well organized and explained. This is a great spot!

Quiet getaway close to lots of activities

Property has plenty of space for all, including the Pets! Trails, workout area and pools are all close by, and the area is quiet with friendly and respectful neighbors. Clean, ample sleeping and bathrooms, kitchen well stocked to feed the entire party. Corner location so no traffic to bother sensative pets either. Definitely on the short list for our nect visit to the area

The bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The place is pretty run down. So much stuff made it feel quite cluttered. Things under beds. Windows filthy from the outside so it felt dingy inside. It was clean enough but shower curtain liners need to be changed.

New Year’s getaway

We stayed at the condo with our friends (4 adults and 4 kids ). We had very good time. Condo had everything we needed. Very clean, beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient, it’s close to rec center, hiking trails and skiing. We would deffinitelly come back.

Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at the pet friendly Black Bear Lodge! The place was spacious and so well stocked…perfect for a multi-family gathering, but also worked for just the 2 of us. The area was quiet and close to the various mountain adventures we had planned. The community center was a short walk down the hill. Theres a bar with decent food options and the pool area was fun…there was live music on Saturday afternoon!! The walk back up the hill is no joke though!! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks for sharing your space with us.
