Immerse yourself in the charm of this delightful beach town, where there's something for everyone. Whether you're into surfing, swimming, paddleboarding, or simply sunbathing, the beach is your playground. And with the Pier Park just a walk away, you can enjoy the Wednesday Farmers Market, Wednesday night Music by The Sea Concert Series, Volleyball, Fishing, Boccie Ball, and a Splash Park at The Pier. Plus, there are great restaurants, shopping spots, and more within walking distance.

My wife & I are more than happy with the our stay at this property. Cottage was clean and in a wonderful location. It is a short walk to the beach and wonderful great restaurants.

It was a very nice place. Close to beach. Able to walk to restaurant. Not to far from historical Saint Augustine. When we come back would rent this place again

Very Nice Stay

This was a very nice and simple place to stay at SAB. Very clean in comparison to others we have rented. Great patio, located near pier and several good restaurants. Nice, early established neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We chose this house because it was close to the beach and allowed our four dogs. The bedrooms were comfortable. The house was clean except for small dead bugs on all of the window seals and dead bugs behind the couch on the floor. We vacuumed up the dead bugs on the window seal in the living room. I would have given this house a five stars if it wasn't for the dead bugs left in the house. I realize this is Florida and there are lots of bugs but a quick vacuum would have taken care of this. We did enjoy our stay very much and would return to this property.

This is a really nice little place. The neighbors are awesome and quiet and the local hangout on the corner makes it even better.

Pleasant surprise in St. Augustine Beach

The home was in a great location with easy access to the beach, state park, and restaurants. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was clean and had a lot of great amenities like a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

Great beach week end place.

This was a great Beach spot for us and our dogs the neighbors were friendly the beach was less than a block away it was nice to have the restaurant so close everyone was very friendly we had a great weekend.

Great location and nice place

We were able to find everything we needed within walking distance. Beach access supper close and the house was clean with all of the supplies you needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Cute little cottage close to the beach & many great restaurants. Short drive in to St Augustine. My only suggestion is they could use some new outdoor furniture for the porch and lovely back patio.

Great stay!

Loved the property! Everything was clean on arrival and entry instructions were easily understood. The location was wonderful and walking distance to many restaurants! The only complaints I have were the beach access being closed that was closest to the house and no TVs in the bedrooms. Both things weren’t big deals though. Will deff be back for another trip to St. Augustine!

Great Location!

This little cottage was clean and comfortable. This home could use some new living room furniture. Great location to dinning and the ocean. I had a couple of correspondences with the owner and Marty was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great visit tSt Augustine

Returning to visit friends a year after relocating north, Laughing Gull cottage was the perfect home away from home. The living room was roomy enough to host 2-3 visitors. The primary bedroom was very comfortable. The location near the beach and restaurants turned out to be extremely convenient. We are grateful to have discovered this cute cottage.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our time at the beach cottage. It was conveniently located to many restaurants which were easy to walk to in the evening. As well as the beach and other shops. If you want to be able to park your car and get around definitely a great place to start.

Great place

The house was a small but room enough for us.. But it was a good neighborhood and nobody bothered you. Really close to beach. Back patio was great to sit and relax. You felt alone because of privacy fence. Loved it because it was so close to beach and close to places to eat.

Enjoyed the home. Everything was as stated,however the floors were dirty as was the refrigerator. We always take off our shoes in a home, and our socks were really dirty!

Perfect location

Very cute and clean house. Close to the beach with a paved walking path perfect for our dogs. Neighborhood very cute and clean. Only stayed a week wish it was longer. Only downfall are the beds. Both mattresses need replacing the master sags in the middle and hurt my back. We purchased a foam topper at walmart that helped otherwise it was perfect.

Cute house

Nice house, clean, my only issue was that I found a cockroach on my second night staying there, even tho they said is normal in Florida. I had to clean a lot because I had my son who I could not let him crawl all the time. we end up leaving a day early.

Compact, clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed 4 weeks at Laughing Gull Cottage very much. It is beautifully appointed with beach-themed wall hangings, furniture, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Appliances (frig, stove and microwave) almost new. No dishwasher but nice sink and faucet for handwashing dishes. One of the bedrooms and the bathroom are very small but manageable. New blinds on the windows and lots of light make the cottage feel bigger than it is. The only downside was the bed and mattress in the small bedroom was uncomfortable and noisy. However, the close proximity to the beach helped to make up for it!
