A beautiful villa in a peaceful setting in Paphos. David was a wonderful host - he was very communicative and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see as well as check in information and making sure we were enjoying our stay. The villa was clean and had everything we need for a week stay. The outdoor terrace was a particular highlight and the shared pool area quiet and relaxing. We would not hesitate to come back!

The villa was lovely and clean and the host David was easy to get hold of and always replied promptly to any queries. The location is nice and central. The one small issue was the kitchen sink where only the cold tap was working but as we did not cook in the villa it did not matter to us.

Our experience was very similar to the reviews written by previous guests. David was very easily accessible, friendly, and helpful. He has a property manager, June, who lives across the street who was also helpful and very accessible. The beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and The Kato Paphos Archaeological Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) are all within walking distances.

It is a lovely property with a great pool area. The location is a short walk to the beach and a 15 mins walk to the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants close by. We had a lovely time and would recommend to friends.

We had a very enjoyable stay at villa Bella. The accommodation was beyond our expectations. Very well presented and well equipped. We didn't need to use the A/c but was in all rooms if needed. Ceiling fans were also available and we found they were sufficient. David our host was very helpful and available if needed. Check in and out was easy. The complex was beautifully maintained and the pool area was very relaxing. Hoping to return again next year

We spent a wonderful 10 days at this villa. The online description does not do it justice. David and June were so accommodating and willing to help in any way they could. We will definitely return at some time.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bella. The property was immaculate when we arrived, and is beautifully appointed with everything you need to make your holiday perfect. The furnishings are high quality, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are lots of lovelylittle touches, like water in the fridge on arrival, hand soap in every bathroom. David called the day after we arrived to make sure all was ok and again towards the end of the holiday. June and Darren who manage the property need a mention as the property was spotless and both were on hand if we encountered any issues. We really didnt want to leave and we have booked again for next year.

August 2024

Just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Bella and what can I say but ,WOW!! Everything went smoothly from booking the villa to returning home. David the owner was always very helpful and kept in touch with us every step of the way, also June (who looks after the villa for David), was always on hand if we had any issues, as we did have a little problem with the shower in the master bedroom but this was resolved the same day! She also helped with a medical problem my husband had, which we were very grateful of, nothing was a bother to her 👍. Location of the villa is very close to all the amenities, supermarket about 10 mins away and the bars, restaurants and harbour only 15 mins away. I would highly recommended this villa, it’s the best one we have stayed in and would definitely return, a big 10/10!!

10 day stay

The villa and gardens were excellent, fully equiped with everything you could need for either a short or longer stay. The communal pool was very well maintained and manned by a life gaurd during the day. The gardens in the community were beautifully maintained also. The location was also great, with a local mini mart 10 mintute walk away, bars and restaurants and Kato shops 20 mintues walk. There are also plenty of options to hire a vehicle to drive further afield and explore the island. Communication with David the owner was frequent and he was very helpful, and when we did have a couple of small issues, Kevin the site manager who lives locally, visited us a couple of times. I would suggest that anyone arriving late (as we did) make sure you have some supplies with you. Or a welcome pack in the fridge could be added to the villa. Our first night was not great,as we couldnt work out the air con and there weren't any instructions left anywhere and we had no food or water. However as said, Kevin arrived next morning to help. (Apparently the cleaners had taken the instruction pack to update.) Overall a great stay and we will probably return. Thanks.
