This is the perfect apartment to rest and recharge in the middle of the city. We had a wonderful time exploring Madrid, walking to sightsee, shop, and eat at the many different restaurants. We only wish we had a few more days to stay! We will definitely return, as the clear and incredibly helpful communication made us feel right at home in a new place.

The apartment is in a great location, excellent! It is very clean and they are so well organized, the entire apartment is marked with QR codes of explanation. The hosts are top notch, never easier to deal with and help with everything. We received gifts upon arrival (champagne, chocolates, coffee, tea), they offered to call us a taxi from the airport, fantastic! Every recommendation. There is nothing we complained about. maybe the only thing is that the apartment is heated with air conditioning, but that's not a complaint, more like a notification.

Todo perfecto, muy limpio y ordenado. El tener algo para hacerte un café el primer día es increíble y si además le añadimos el detalle del agua y los bombones en la nevera, inmejorable! Por poner un par de objeciones: -Podría dejar un par de rollos más de papel higiénico, ya que éramos 4 personas y dos rollos para 3 días se nos quedó escaso. -La cafetera al hacer un par de cafés se rebasaba de agua por el depósito de cápsulas. No sé si es que falla o no supimos poner algo bien.

위치가 너무 훌륭하고 호스트님이랑 커뮤니케이션이 잘되서 문제점은 바로바로 해결해주셔서 정말 편했어요 밤에 정전이 된적이 있는데 상주하는것도 아닌데도 두시간 안에 바로 해결해주셨어요 식기도 정말 깨끗하고 짧게 머무는게 아쉬울 정도로 숙소 컨디션이나 위치가 좋았습니가 침구가 부족했는데 여름이라 그냥 지내는데는 문제 없었어요 ㅎㅎ

Ya lo conocía, muy bien ubicado cerca de Plaza Mayor, tiene todo lo que necesitas, mucha atención de los responsables, cómodo, cerca del metro, supermercado y zonas para salir cerca, te dejan un detalle en la nevera, todo nuevo y en muy buenas condiciones.
