The pre- information we received via video and messages through what’s app. Exceptional communication. Everything is provided. Very secure. Perfect location close to Plaza Major. We enjoyed the complimentary small sweet treats on arrival and complimentary teas and coffee. Airport transfer offered at reasonable price. Satisfied with everything.

Amazing location! Highly recommend!

We have travelled to over 20 countries around the world and we kept saying how this location is one of the best we ever have had. I think it’s best for families with older kids if you are traveling with a family. The service is excellent and extremely responsive. They helped us with transportation to the airport and any questions we had. All I can say is, I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. It’s in the city center so can be loud throughout the night. It’s also quite small but has everything you need to make some meals and very close to grocery and shopping.

The location is perfect. It is really to cloose to Plaza Mayor. The apartment is also close to subway from airport. You could reach to the aparment with 5 min walk from subway station. The host is very helpful and friendly. I am sure that, if we will visit Madrid again we will stay at PlazaMayor Suites

We had a wonderful stay at this studio near Plaza Mayor, just a 3-minute walk away. The studio was exceptionally clean, and the area is quiet, with great window insulation that made it easy to sleep peacefully at night. The building itself is also very clean, and accessing the studio was simple and convenient. We especially enjoyed the location—it’s very strategic, and we were able to walk to most of the main attractions. It’s also close to two metro stations, including Sol, which made getting to and from the airport very easy. The hosts were very thoughtful and left some welcoming gifts, which we really appreciated. Communication was quick and smooth throughout our stay, and Elena was especially helpful and kind. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. We would happily stay here again when we visit Madrid in the future!
