This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

What we loved the most about these apartments was how cozy and comfortable they were, located in a brand-new building with the perfect location for exploring Madrid. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need - every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.
