The apartment was light and clean. There was enough space for two of us, sleeping in separate rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee, cookies and a complimentary details from the company (this was a very pleasant surprise 🥰) Communication from the day of our registration was fast and clear. The admins are very friendly and customer oriented. There was always hot water. And the air conditioning saved us from extreme heat. The apartment is located in very a good place - pretty close to all major places of interest. All in all, our stay was great at PlazaMayorSuites!

Modern clean homey stay in a very central location.

The location was very central, 2 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, 5 minutes walk from La Latina, 7 minutes walk from Puerto de Sol. It was on a quiet street with a bus stop and coffee shop right across from building. Our room had a terrace which would be lovely in Spring and Summer evenings. Customer support was exceptional, Elena was extremely helpful. Before, during and after our stay she asked if we were OK and needed anything. My two boys were satisfied with my accommodation choice. Nothing bad to say.

Perfect stay! 2 mins walk to everything! To Plaza Mayor, restaurants, supermarkets (Dia, Carrefour), theater, churros. Perfect beds, shower (big size of built in shower, plenty hot water and towels) Complimentary sweets and wine! Communication with hosts who made sure everything is fine during our stay (the couch was prepared as a bed to accommodate our late arrival) The HUGE terrace is also charming. nothing
