This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

The location is absolutely perfect, very close to a lot of main attractions in Madrid. The apartment was spotless and is absolutely perfect for a couple. Very spacious, and loads of facilities available in the apartment such as a coffee machine, cooking facilities etc..

The perfect place to stay in Madrid

Located in a vibrant and hip part of the city with lots fabulous restaurants and shops around. A big theatre and a huge gym are close by as well as the Metro station (La Latina) for easy access to all of Madrid. This apartment is a gem - impeccably clean, equipped with everything, beautifully decorated and has a modern and spacious bathroom. Despite the constant activity, the apartment is quiet and enjoyable.

Perfect experience in Madrid

The room was exactly like on the pictures. It was no surprise when reaching. We could do an online check-in after which we received our unique pass codes. It was a very pleasant stay all together. The location is very central with lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel...
