The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and features a large dining table that seats 6, perfect for sharing unforgettable moments with family and friends.



Main House - Upper Floor

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both equipped with 2 m x 90 cm beds, a closet, a full bathroom, and air conditioning. These spaces are designed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful night’s rest.



Outdoors

At the back of the house, you can enjoy a pleasant private terrace with a 4 m x 2 m pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days and relaxing in complete tranquility.

The house is located just a few metres from Petra's main square, where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés. Among the most popular is Can Oms, renowned for its grilled meats and fresh fish, with live music on weekends. Less than 200 metres away, you can also visit the famous Celler de Petra, known for traditional Mallorcan dishes such as arroz brut, roast suckling pig, and frito mallorquín.



If you wish to enjoy the sea, Son Serra de Marina can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car, while the spectacular Playa de Muro, considered one of Mallorca's finest beaches, is also just a 30-minute drive away.

We had a great stay! The place is really spacious and beautifully decorated

We had a great stay! The place is really spacious and beautifully decorated. Well-equipped kitchen with a large countertop for cooking and an outdoor grill. The pool is unfortunately shaded most of the time, but it's still perfect for a quick dip to cool off in the heat. Parking is not allowed in front of the house, but if you’re lucky, you can find a spot in the surrounding streets – otherwise, we always parked in the public parking lot in town (a 5-minute walk). The town of Petra is centrally located inland, making it a great base for day trips in all directions. All in all, a great place to stay for a vacation with friends or family 🫶

Loved absolutely about this rental

Loved absolutely about this rental. Located in a quiet little town, which was beautiful with everything we needed. Lively plaza with good restaurants. The rental itself was beautiful and comfortable, exactly as pictured and described. The pool was great for a quick dip. Communication with host was excellent, they were very helpful. Would recommend! Easy to drive to other locations to explore the island.

We had a lovely time staying here! The most gorgeous place, and it looked even better than the pictures and was very well kept. Joan was very friendly and quick to reply, with recommendations for local places and very helpful answering any questions that we had. It is the most perfect location with lots of lovely places to eat in Petra and a quick and easy train into Palma! We felt right at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone! Beautiful property finished to a high standard

Beautiful property finished to a high standard. Proper working kitchen with everything one would need as most of the time holiday homes tend to be lacking in this area. Beds super comfortable. The location itself is great as its in the centre of Petra so you have restaurants and mini market within walking distance. Petra itself is quite central so we found it quite a good base to explore all parts of the island. My only comment would be that they should advise guests in advance with a number to call if the swimming pool needs cleaning as since its quite small after a couple of uses it already got dirty. I know most people are at the beach but in our case son wanted to go in it every day at some point.

We really loved our stay here

We really loved our stay here. Such a beautiful home and with the air con and pool (bigger than expected and ideal for the kids) the August heat wasn't a factor. Didn't have much expectation for Petra but it turned out to be a really lovely little town far enough away from the big resorts to be quiet, but close enough to get anywhere on the island very easily. It also has a number of nice restaurants and several grocery shops. There's also a bakery, butcher and wine cellar (and vineyards a walkable distance just outside Petra). There is a 5 minute walk to the car park but the really pleasant trade off is that the house is in the centre of town but the street is completely devoid of traffic.

A nice stay in Petra at San Fransico

A nice stay in Petra at San Fransico. Beautiful house, with plenty of space and nice surroundings in Petra. Would be nice with some more equipment at the kitchen and some issues with the pellet owen, but heating in every room so no problem at all. Would really like to stay here again.

beautiful open space !! we enjoyed our stay, located in a peaceful area even to witness the outdoor fresh produce market. this place has been listed above & beyond our expectations. it was fairly nippy when we stayed however joan helped us navigate around the heating & provided the extra tools needed to take care of the place shortly after asking.

Very nice place to stay

Very nice place to stay. Petra is a calm and quiet area and we really enjoyed our time here. Juan was very helpful with all our questions. Check In was super easy and the house was very tidy and clean. Parking is available within a 5 minute walk. Fully recommended!

A beautiful house in a great location

A beautiful house in a great location. Spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. Communication was fantastic and Joan was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Only small downside was the place was advertised as 3 bedrooms but only 2 available on arrival. He did offer to open it up but we made do with the two. We had a few things not work and he quickly fixed them. Would definitely recommend.

كان المضيف والمالك ودودين وخدومين السكن جميل ولكن الغرفة الخارجية كانت ليست جيدة منعزلة عن السكن ..وبلدة بترا جيدة لمن يرغب في السكن بالقرى القديمة ذات الطابع القديم ومرتبة ولكن ليس فيها فعاليات وبعيدة عن عن الاماكن الحيوية مثل بالما والقودية وغيرها عموما كانت تجربة جيدة وتحياتي للسيد مالك العقار وذوقه في ترميم السكن .

Casa con encanto cerca de Manacor

La casa está muy bien, de reciente reforma. Baños nuevos, habitaciones amplias, el pueblo de Petra es muy bonito, como todo en Mallorca, queda a 40 min en coche de playas y de Palma. La casa agradablemente decorada, la piscina no es muy amplia pero cumple su función. Por ponerle una pega, la limpieza se podría mejorar, hay muchas hormigas. En el pueblo, hay sitios de lo mejor para desayunar (Can S´Escolana) y un par de restaurantes también muy recomendables, Es Celler y Ca n´ Oms. todos lo servicios: súper, farmacia, etc La limpieza podría mejorar y el grifo del baño de la hab con literas, muy poca presión.

A dreamy little retreat

We stayed here with our 9-month-old baby and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, spacious, with high ceilings, very comfortable, and well equipped. The private patio is amazing: completely secluded, making it feel like a peaceful little oasis, and the pool is perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved staying in Petra, an authentic village away from the crowds. Suggestions for improvement: An umbrella for the outdoor dining table would be very useful, as it is in direct sunlight and difficult to use during the day. It would also be nice to provide a few more basic essentials, such as olive oil, salt, and shower gel. Only a few coffee pods and dish soap were provided.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Joan war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Konnten schon früher in die Wohnung und auch 2 Stunden später raus da unser Flug erst sehr spät war. Man muss wissen das man nicht an das Haus fahren kann um zu parken. Die steht auch in der Beschreibung, haben wir allerdings etwas unterschätzt. Es gibt aber in unmittelbarer Nähe 2x die Woche einen Markt und auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Petra ist ein sehr süßer Ort der tagsüber von Fahrradfahrern überschwemmt wird aber abends ganz ruhig ist, die Stimmung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Matratzen sind klasse. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Uns hat das Haus richtig gut gefallen. Der Ofen brannte bei Anreise und verbreitete Behaglichkeit. Kleine technischen Fragen konnten schnell geklärt werden. Die Betten waren gemütlich und sauber. Das dritte Schlafzimmer außerhalb des Hauses war allerdings klamm und ist in der Jahreszeit leider nicht so wirklich gut zu gebrauchen.

Wir waren im Dezember 2025 für 8 Nächte hier und haben uns auf Anhieb beim Betreten des Hauses wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung mit dem Pelletofen war ein Highlight. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Die Räume großzügig und geräumig. Oben befinden sich die Schlafräume sowie zwei Badezimmer. Es gibt sehr viele Stauraummöglichkeiten, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und einen Wäscheständer. Uns hat leider der Trockner gefehlt. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche hochwertig. An der Sauberkeit kann man nicht meckern. Selbst der Kühlschrank war sehr sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft auch für den Winter wärmstens empfehlen. Durch den Ofen und die Klimaanlage war es echt warm im Haus. Auch die Badezimmer. Der Boden ist ebenfalls recht warm. Hausschuhe kann ich aber für den mittleren Steinboden im Erdgeschoss empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Kein Verkehr. Parkplatz ist 7 Min Fußweg entfernt. Aber kein Problem. Ein kleiner toller Supermarkt befindet sich um die Ecke. Vielen Dank ❤️
