About this property

Tranquil House with large pool, set in beautiful private garden. separate Gite

From the moment you drive through the entry gatehouse, you are instantly transported to your own secluded oasis of tranquillity.
On your left as you walk up the drive you will find a carp pool, then the goldfish pool, then your own large pool, all set within your own private, well maintained, gardens.
The pool is open from May to September.
If booking outside of this time (when it’s cheaper) should you wish the pool to be available please let me know on booking.
On arrival you can lock the gate behind you, and relax in your own, private, space.
The house itself has 3 double bedrooms and one with twin singles. All with brand new mattresses and pillows and protectors for 2025.
New for 2026 is a spacious, separate Gite with its own double bed, shower room and kitchen. All on one level, ideal for the less mobile.
Downstairs, beyond the conservatory, is the well-appointed Kitchen, leading through to the lounge.
There is a large TV with Free Sat and Firestick connected to the Wifi (Code for which you’ll find in the Welcome pack)
Also on the ground floor is the library / music / games room . In here you’ll find a table football table. Through the door to a covered patio you’ll find the table tennis table. At the front of the house you’ll also find a small patio area, ideal for BBQ cooking.
Whatever you like to do on holiday you can:
 Splash In the pool
 Feed the fish
 Enjoy Meals Together
 Lie In the sun in the private garden
 Wander round the garden
 Plan excursions to the many local attractions and sleepy towns.
 Read Books
 Listen to music (Bluetooth CD player in conservatory)
Puy de Fou is a couple of hours away. Although not usually a fan of a theme park found it to be an incredible experience. Well worth the journey.
