We first fell in love with the Sea Caves area of Peyia because it offers the perfect balance of peace, natural beauty, and easy access to everything that makes western Cyprus so special. After spending many years holidaying in Cyprus, we chose this location for its stunning sunsets, crystal-clear sea views, and relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle.
What makes this property unique
Olive Tree Villa is much more than just a holiday rental to us – it’s our family home away from home. We have carefully furnished and maintained the villa to the standards we would expect for our own holidays, creating a comfortable, spacious, and welcoming environment for families, couples, and groups of friends.
One of our favourite things about the villa is how it offers something for everyone. Whether it’s relaxing by the heated private pool, enjoying a barbecue with family and friends, watching the sunset from the terraces, exploring the nearby Sea Caves and Akamas Peninsula, or dining at one of the wonderful local tavernas, there’s always something to enjoy.
As hosts, we aim to provide the kind of experience we would want ourselves: clear communication, honest advice, and a property that exceeds expectations. We know how important holidays are, and we want every guest to create wonderful memories during their stay.
The villa is ideally located just minutes from Coral Bay, Agios Georgios Harbour, the famous Sea Caves coastline, and a fantastic selection of restaurants, beaches, walking trails, and family attractions. Despite being close to everything, the area remains peaceful and exclusive, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure.
