The Pinnacle at Desert Peak Townhomes are located in North Phoenix. This property is 5 minutes from Desert Ridge shopping mall which includes many dining and entertainment destinations. This property is also centrally located, and 15 minutes from 20 top golf courses, including JW Marriott, Gray Hawk, Wildfire and TPC Scottsdale, just to name a few. This townhome has high end quality finishes with leather furniture in the great room and an area with a barbecue on the furnished patio. The Pinnacle also offers a pool with hot tub. This unit also has a full size washer dryer and has TV's in both bedrooms as well as the great room. Dish Network is throughout all rooms.

Justin’s condo is in a great location, close to everything you need. There are plenty of linens and the beds were comfortable. Justin was quick to respond to our messages.

Clean, perfect for two to four people.

Its a very nice condo, and we found it perfect for our needs. We were escaping Canadian winter for two weeks.The garage is a nice thing to have, and owner was really helpful, answering any questions and provided us with a toaster when we found there wasn't one! It does have stairs to the bedrooms so if you can't do stairs that would be a problem. Love the Desert Ridge Mall so close and golfing too. Explored Cave Creek and Carefree and the rest of Phoenix is easy to access. The only thing we had trouble understanding was the TV and DISH programming, couldn't get sports to watch for some reason. But we are retired and so maybe it was just us! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Perfect for our visit!

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for -- super close to the relatives we were visiting, with plenty of space, clean, and comfortable. Justin was great and really easy to get a hold of. The neighborhood is close to everything you need including Desert Ridge, shopping, dining, and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again!
