You cannot beat this location; within walking distance to ski lifts and Main Street! This newly renovated, top floor 2 bed/2 bath unit has high vaulted ceilings and scenic ski area views, with everything you are looking for! Underground parking, elevator access, separate ski storage and more! Common areas have been recently updated, and this home also includes brand-new queen-sized adult bunk beds perfect for families or groups to enjoy!

The Space:
Take advantage of this spacious Summit condo with 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making your stay very accommodating to you and your guests. Perfect for a family or group up to 8 people. The 2 adult luxury bunk beds are queen-sized. Snuggle up by the fireplace, take in the scenic mountain views, or whip up meals before and after a day on the slopes in your fully equipped kitchen!

Enjoy access to the clubhouse, elevator, as well you will have access to the Columbine pool!

The Neighborhood:
Just a 2-minute walk to Quicksilver chair at the base of Peak 9 and all that Main Street has to offer in this quaint Colorado town. You can't get any better than this spot for your getaway plans!

Getting Around:
Walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants and shops in town. Also located on bus line. Uber is available as well.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.

Great stay in Breckinridge!

The property is clean, well cared for, and close to the slopes and downtown breckenridge- had a blast staying here with friends and highly recommend!

Fabulous Place in Breckenridge

This was a fabulous property, and the location could not have been better. I would definitely stay here again. All communication with property manager was fantastic. We had everything we needed, and I’m a specially gonna miss that wonderful fireplace.

Fantastic for summer!

This is a great location for summer activities in Breckenridge. Close to the Sunday market. Close to the brewery and all the shopping. Just a short walk to literally anything. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The staff was quickly responsive to questions.

Great location!

Property was well represented online and was a reasonable price during peak season. We were able to walk around town straight from the property with ease. Only downside for us was the parking. The parking garage has a relatively low clearance and we were unable to use the parking garage so we had to park and walk the half mile to the overflow parking near the ice skating rink. Overall great property.

Not ski in ski out in spring

Very disappointed in listing as ski in ski out. This property is neither in the spring as the resort closed access to peak 9 and 10 in April.

Loved the place!

It was such a cold week and we were happy to have this beautifully appointed condo in the Warrior's Mark building, a short walk from the Quicksilver lift for skiers. We loved the location and the condo itself. So quiet! Property managers were responsive when we couldn't fine a blow dryer (dropping one off the next day) and when we requested directions/access for the hot tub. Beds were good (though pillows a bit flat and need to be replaced, but since there were only 3 of us, we just doubled up). We didn't cook in any complicated way but the kitchen seemed well equipped and we used the grill a couple of times - so nice to have one! All in all, we were more than happy with this condo and location and hope to be back again next year.

Everything we needed in great location

The condo unit was perfect for 2 couples. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has all essentials, and unit was clean. The parking garage was convenient and saved us from cleaning off the car every snow. The biggest perk is the location. You can see the lift from the window. It's also just a short walk to town but just far enough to be away from the crowds.

Pre Holiday Escape

We booked a last minute trip before Christmas and couldn't have been happier with the condition and location of this unit. The underground parking was clutch, as was the ski storage across the hall from us. It was an easy walk to Peak 9 and town. Plan to revisit in the futre. Thank you for a great stay.
