Fully-equipped apartment with terrace and shared swimming pool, with an excellent location in first line in front of the sea, in a quiet area of San Agustin and very close to Las Burras beach and to Playa del Ingles, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.
The apartment is on one single floor, with a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. Between the bedroom and the living room, there is an additional area that is open to the living area and has two single beds. It has a terrace with an outdoor dining area and sea views, and a large communal pool.
The apartment has free WIFI. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is 100 meters away and the airport is 20 minutes away.
