Get away to the warmth of sunny, southern Florida in this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 baths, one-story home in Fort Myers, near Sanibel.
Enjoy the quiet Palm acre neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. Plenty of living/entertaining space and a beautiful view of the canal from the spacious lanai and pool area.
Master bedroom/bath with King sized bed, 2 guest bedrooms with queen and full sized beds and also a full-sized pullout sleeper sofa provide room for 8 guests. Full sized kitchen with necessities, coffee maker, and laundry room are available for your convenience.
Relax by the pool, dine on the lanai, or enjoy a trip to the beach, shelling & swimming at Sanibel for the day. Also, the Twins' Spring Training center is not far away. There is also plenty of shopping and excellent restaurants in the area as well.

We enjoy the quiet, friendly neighborhood of Palm Acres and the location at the end of the cul-de-sac, with less auto traffic. The pool is so refreshing on a hot day and the lanai has plenty of room for entertaining family and friends.
