🌴Beachfront Ocean View Condo! Fabulous Pool! Manicured Lawn Close to Everything

Located on the third floor of Kauhale Makai this well-furnished and fully stocked 1 bed/1 bath condo is available to rent to couples or families with the provided sleeper sofa allowing for four adults to stay together comfortably.
You are just a few feet away from a wonderful beach where you can stand up paddleboard, snorkel or kayak. Swim in the ocean or just relax with your toes in the sand.
This condo was remodeled from head to toe in December of 2017 with new appliances and finishes throughout. Beach towels, linens and toiletries are provided for guests to use while staying at Kauhale Makai. All the needed resort-style amenities are here including tropical landscaping leading to a gorgeous pool area featuring a large main pool, hot-tub and shallow wading pool for small children. There are outdoor gas-grills ready to cook on and tables for outdoor picnicking.
Inside the unit, there is powerful A/C and a fan to keep cool. The condo kitchen has anything you would need for cooking at home including a dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided and there are beach chairs and a cooler for enjoying the many fabulous beaches nearby. There is a large green lawn for an afternoon nap in the sun or relaxing in the shade of a palm tree. You can fish off the beach right outside or in the shallows directly in front of the building. Wonderful stay at a clean, well-maintained condo on a beautiful, quiet property right on the beach. Had all the amenities of home and easy, free parking. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay out of the busy area of Kīhei but still be super close to everything.

Enjoyed our stay, crazy weather property well maintained. Someone needs to train the rooster 4:22 am is not wake up time.Not sure why garbage pickup is every morning at 6 lucky I could get back to sleep.Whale watching off the deck was joyful. Condo had everything we needed for our week stay.

Welcoming and very clean, also stayed in contact with us regarding any concerns. Our only concern was there is a maintenance person that cleans the bbq area between 2:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. every single day. He does a fantastic job and is nice and personable but he drags his cleaning equipment across the walkway every, single, morning… If he doesn’t wake you up, the trash truck will. Everything else out weighs those things, but they are annoying…

Absolute LIVED this property. It was so cute - the views were absolutely gorgeous from the living room and bedroom! The lanai is huge and the perfect place to relax. Even the views at night are fun with the lights on the palm trees on the property!

The apartment was fine. We have stayed there before and liked the area, view and grounds.On this trip a big 4-day storm hit Kihei. The road and our parking lot flooded (40 in. water). Over a foot of mud buried our car in the lot. Power went out for 4 days & no matches or flashlight in apartment. Reached out to owner, but they could not help. Management was not there to help. After 3 days they started moving mud around. Our car was pulled out of foot of mud on day 4, but we could not access the flooded street to leave. We got a small refund for a couple days since we left 3 days early and we left the apartment immaculate as we always do.We are longtime customers of VRBO and feel we should be compensated for the distress of no management and not having any usable amenities or necessary power, elevator, or usage of our car rental.

I can’t thank the host enough on this place. Not only is it one of my favorite places to stay in Maui but the host made it even better for me. Had a couple issues arise and the communication was amazing, the effort to fix the issue was above and beyond, and I would stay here again in a heart beat! Super hard to beat this sunset as well.

This was a great 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. It was in a perfect loaction in Kihei. It had a great view of the water and was close to the laundry room and the elevators. We wouls stay here again.
