Outside there is a shared non-enclosed communal garden with lawn, 3 x barbecue, pizza oven, children's play area, hot tub, firepits, furniture, a shared games room with a TV, dining area for eight guests and a TV, and off-road parking for 3 cars. Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.6 a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved pet allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Woodpecker is a charming base for families exploring Cambridgeshire. Two small well behaved dogs welcomed. Please note: The property is only suitable for 2 adults & 2 children.
