Our 2-room apartment with approximately 53.80 sqm of living space is located on the 2nd floor, facing the quiet garden side, and is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (the sofa bed in the living room serves as a sleeping option for the 3rd and 4th persons). The apartment includes a living room and separate bedroom. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, recliner, large flat-screen TV with radio, stereo system, dining area for 4 people, and access to a furnished balcony. A separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, and TV with radio is also available. The small, fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, ceramic hob, extraction hood, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Wi-Fi is free of charge depending on availability, and use of the swimming pool and sauna is included.
