Our 2-room apartment, with approximately 40.71 sqm of living space, is located on the 3rd floor, facing the park side. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (sofa bed in the living room serves as a sleeping option for the 3rd person). The apartment includes a living room and separate bedroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa and armchair, flat-screen TV with radio, dining area for 4 people, and access to a furnished balcony. The bedroom features a double bed and small dresser. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. A small, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, extraction hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine rounds off the features. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is included, and Wi-Fi is free of charge depending on availability. Dogs are welcome in this apartment.

Wohlfühlen im Herzen von Timmendorf

Die MA an der Rezeption sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist super: direkt am Kurpark und Beginn der Fußgängerzone. in 2 min an der Seebrücke. Der Preis der FeWo ist für die Lage sehr fair, dafür ist das Mobiliar der FeWo dann allerdings auch nicht besonders hochwertig. Wir haben Pool und Sauna gerne genutzt. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
