This upscale residential complex is located right in the centre of Timmendorfer Strand. The spa park, the spa promenade with its exclusive shops, and the Sealife Centre are all in the immediate vicinity. Outdoor parking spaces and the underground parking spaces assigned to the apartment are located behind the building and inside the building, respectively! A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building.

Shopping venues are within easy walking distance.


We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.

Welcome to this cosy one-room apartment for two people in the centre of Timmendorfer Strand. It measures 46 m² and is located on the ground floor.

The living/sleeping area is furnished with a modern sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player; a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses); a bright dining area; and an open-concept kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and washing machine/dryer combo. The bathroom features a shower, a hair dryer, and various connection options.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement.

Schöne FeWo in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage

Eine schöne FeWo in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist vollständig. Wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste dann wäre es die Dusche die teilweise Schimmel hat und der Abfluss der schlecht ablief. Letzteres wurde nach Reklamation aber am gleichen Tag behoben.
