About this property
Beautiful 1 bedroom house with swimming pool near the beach and surf spot
I am renting out my beautiful house in La Saladita during the summer whilst I am away visiting my family. My place is centrally located, 5 mins walking distance to the beach and surf spot. It features a spacious and stylish living room with an open plan kitchen area, a bedroom with AC and a king size bed, and a modern bathroom with a cold and hot water shower. There's a garden with a newly built swimming pool and a shaded porch with a cute dining area and hammock. We have a friendly outdoor cat who lives outside the house.

Why they chose this property
La Saladita has one of the longest and more consistent waves in this side of the Pacific, perfect for longboarding. It's still a relatively small and undeveloped town with a lovely community and an unspoiled paradise.
What makes this property unique
My house is just minutes away walking distance to the beach and surf point which is super convenient. The house is on a quiet residential street off Calle Moreno, near the local supermarket ( Hacienda ) and restaurants. It has modern fittings and it's one of the few private houses around the area where you will not have to share the outdoor space or swimming pool with anyone else.
