Close to all shops and the tram stop with direct connection to the city center and Nice airport. Perfect for the family or a just a couple. Central location! Nicht zu empfehlen – mangelhafte Kommunikation & Vertragsbruch

Wir hatten eine bestätigte Buchung, kontaktierten die Vermieterin mehrfach vorab proaktiv ohne Antwort zu erhalten, doch am Anreisetag wurde uns überraschend mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung angeblich aufgrund eines technischen Problems doppelt vermietet worden sei. Eine unplausible Ausrede. Statt der gebuchten 35 qm-Wohnung mit Kingsize-Bett und Babybett erhielten wir eine deutlich kleinere Notunterkunft mit Schlafsofa, ohne Babybett, und konnten erst zwei Tage in die ursprünglich gebuchte Unterkunft umziehen. Diese konnten wir aufgrund von Reinigung erst ab Nachmittags nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war träge, teils fordernd (Kaution, Zusatzgebühren) und unkooperativ. Erst nach massivem Druck wurde das Babybett in den letzten 2 Nächten bereitgestellt.Fazit: Die Unterkunft entsprach in den ersten zwei Tagen nicht dem Vertrag, der Umgang war unprofessionell, und die Reise wurde unnötig erschwert besonders mit Kleinkind. Wir forderten eine Minderung aufgrund der beschriebenen Mängel, die von der Vermieterin abgelehnt wurde.Nicht empfehlenswert. Keinerlei Zuverlässigkeit seitens der Vermieterin.
