Lovely property in a beautiful location with amazing views. The host was very welcoming and everything that is needed was provided in the property and more. The property is very clean and lovely comfortable beds. Am looking forward to booking to return next year.

The views were spectacular! Nice amenities and felt very homely. Only negatives were the neighbour has a sign on patio saying be quiet so you feel self conscious. (They also have a large barking dog).

Property was well located and easy to get to from the airport. Balcony provided exceptional views day and night. Air conditioning is in master bedroom. Rest is comfortable by flow through air from front balcony to back balcony. Communication with owner was very timely at all times.Highly recommended

France adventure

This was our first time in France. Maria was an excellent hostess and was more than helpful. Maria helped with places to eat, shop and visit. The accomodation was spacious, clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to France and would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Nice. A great experience which left us sad to leave. Es war ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gross, schön und sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem möchte ich aber die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeberin hervorheben. Eine sehr sympathische Familie, zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, super hilfsbereit und antwortet immer sofort, sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals einen herzlichen Dank und bitte bleiben Sie so!

Die Unterkunft an sich liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Dame (Mila), die einem den Schlüssel übergibt, ist sehr liebevoll und freundlich. Das Einzige, was mich etwas gestört hat, war, dass die Wohnung nicht ganz so sauber war – ebenso die Gegenstände in der Küche sowie die Bettbezüge. Leider gab es auch kein Besteck in der Küche. Mila hat uns jedoch sofort geholfen und uns freundlicherweise Besteck aus ihrer eigenen Küche ausgeliehen. Die Pflanzen in der ganzen Wohnung sind sehr schön, doch leider waren sie traurigerweise am Austrocknen. Wir haben sie gegossen, da es sehr schade gewesen wäre. Im Grossen und Ganzen war es dennoch ein guter Aufenthalt. Ich würde jedoch empfehlen, den Titel der Wohnung anzupassen auf „2 bedrooms with 3 beds“, da die Wohnung keine drei Zimmer, sondern nur zwei hat. Das ist im Inserat momentan etwas verwirrend.

Magnifique appartement et vue imprenable

L’appartement était vraiment superbe et l’hôte des plus sympathiques. La vue de la terrasse sur Nice et l’aéroport était fantastique. Il ne manquait que quelques petites cuillères. Toutefois, nous n’avons pas réussi à profiter de l’immense piscine car le préposé à la piscine prétendait ne pas trouver les tickets nous y donnant accès que la proprio avait réservé pour nous. Dommage car il faisait très chaud ce jour là.

Super séjour

Comme le titre l’indique nous avons passez passer un super séjour. Accueil des hôtes au top ☺️ Un grand merci à Maria et Guy. Propreté irréprochable et soignée. L’appartement dispose également du parfait équipement pour aller à la plage ( glacière parasols et chaises) Cela nous a permis de passer un super moment en famille à la plage alors que cela n’étais pas prévue ☺️ Et notre gros coup de cœur c’est la vue incroyable sur la mer ça fais plaisir de ce réveiller le matin🥰

Très bon séjour chez Maria

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part de Maria. L’échange est très facile en amont de l’arrivée et les indications précises. L’appartement est resté « d’époque » ;) mais il nous a très bien convenu, très bien équipé, pratique, proche des transports et de la plage , et avec une superbe vue, Top!

Une copropriété de grand standing avec des vues sublimes sur la Méditerranée.

Un bel appartement traversant avec des vues splendides sur le mer depuis le balcon du 7eme étage. La présence de la piscine et des tables de Ping pong est un atout supplémentaire. Des hôtes charmants et très disponibles.

Fabulous 7th floor apartment with Wonderful Terrace and Gorgeous Views!

Apartment was perfectly clean, a bit dated but elegant, comfortable and well suited for our needs. 7th floor terrace was a real highlight with breathtaking views! Elevator in building. Pool was great but it cost extra to use it, which wasn't made clear in the booking. A well equipped apartment with excellent wi-fi. Good location for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas, but you'll need a car, and free parking is provided. I would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Le quartier des collines de Fabron, à Nice, est un véritable havre de paix 🌿. Niché entre mer et verdure, il offre une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée, dans un cadre calme, sécurisé et résidentiel.

Ce que j’aime le plus ici ? C’est l’équilibre parfait entre sérénité et proximité : on se sent en vacances toute l’année, tout en restant à quelques minutes des plages, des commerces et du centre-ville.

Les balades dans les jardins, les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse ou les petits déjeuners en extérieur sont mes moments préférés. Le quartier est aussi très bien desservi par les transports, ce qui le rend pratique pour découvrir Nice et ses environs sans stress.

Ce qui rend mon appartement unique, c’est avant tout son emplacement exceptionnel : perché dans les collines de Fabron, il offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur la mer, les jardins et les collines environnantes, un véritable havre de paix à Nice.

La grande terrasse permet de profiter pleinement du climat méditerranéen, pour des petits-déjeuners au soleil ou des soirées au calme.

La résidence sécurisée propose des équipements haut de gamme, dont deux piscines distinctes : une dédiée aux enfants et une autre réservée aux adultes, garantissant détente et sécurité pour toute la famille. Le club house avec restaurant et bar, les courts de tennis, le terrain de pétanque ainsi qu’une table de ping-pong complètent ce cadre idéal.

Enfin, l’appartement est ma résidence principale, décorée avec soin et entièrement équipée, ce qui assure un hébergement chaleureux et confortable, où vous pourrez vous sentir comme chez vous.
