Cet appartement est ma résidence principale lorsque je ne le loue pas, et j’y tiens beaucoup. Il est décoré et entretenu avec soin, et je vous invite à en prendre soin comme si c’était chez vous.

Être hôte, c’est pour moi l’occasion de créer une parenthèse agréable pour les voyageurs, en leur proposant un lieu confortable, bien situé, et rempli de bonnes énergies.

Le quartier des collines de Fabron, à Nice, est un véritable havre de paix 🌿. Niché entre mer et verdure, il offre une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée, dans un cadre calme, sécurisé et résidentiel.

Ce que j’aime le plus ici ? C’est l’équilibre parfait entre sérénité et proximité : on se sent en vacances toute l’année, tout en restant à quelques minutes des plages, des commerces et du centre-ville.

Les balades dans les jardins, les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse ou les petits déjeuners en extérieur sont mes moments préférés. Le quartier est aussi très bien desservi par les transports, ce qui le rend pratique pour découvrir Nice et ses environs sans stress.

La grande terrasse permet de profiter pleinement du climat méditerranéen, pour des petits-déjeuners au soleil ou des soirées au calme.

La résidence sécurisée propose des équipements haut de gamme, dont deux piscines distinctes : une dédiée aux enfants et une autre réservée aux adultes, garantissant détente et sécurité pour toute la famille. Le club house avec restaurant et bar, les courts de tennis, le terrain de pétanque ainsi qu’une table de ping-pong complètent ce cadre idéal.

Enfin, l’appartement est ma résidence principale, décorée avec soin et entièrement équipée, ce qui assure un hébergement chaleureux et confortable, où vous pourrez vous sentir comme chez vous.
