Appartement de 3 pièces 56m2 en Rez de Jardin, tout équipé, refait à neuf idéal pour 3 personnes. Deux chambres. La 1ère avec un lit double 1,60m , Une 2e avec 2 lits simples, ( lits gigognes ) qui peuvent se réunir. Un canapé lit dans le salon, 1,40m. Salle d eau à l italienne, WC indépendant avec lavabo. Cuisine aménagée, lave vaisselle, lave linge. Télévision, Table et chaises dans le jardin. La mer est à 200 mètres à pied. très jolies balades à faire le long du littoral, la pinède du Mont boron avec le Fort d Alban et sa vue féérique sur la baie et Nice avec ses restaurants, ses boutiques, ses marchés typiques ..

Lovely unit in Nice
The house and grounds were gorgeous and the rental unit was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the comfort between our walking tours of the town. It was quite hot when we were there, so the air conditioning was a blessing! Host Isa was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location
Although this wasn’t the apartment we originally booked it was a pleasant substitution. Very clean and well equipped. Excellent location for getting the buses into Nice/Monaco as the bus stop is a 2minute walk away. There is an excellent supermarket a similar distance.

que dans la chambre d'hôte qui est certes très jolie mais là vous étiez plus tranquille et plus libre pour les repas et plus d'espace pour une semaine de vacances. Une nuit ou deux ce n'est pas la même chose. Ravie de vous avoir reçu !

Charged us without that we stayed
WARNING! We booked a free slot. We were charged first payment. We then got message it was ockupied that same period due to that it was booked on different platform. So we never stayed there. I have sent several messages asking kindly the host to fix the mistake and pay back (in both English and French) But she ignores and does not answer. Therefore this review. I need to try to get vrbo to sort this.

Emplacement près du marché et des transports en commun (5 min de marche). Pratique pour visiter les villes sur la Côte d’Azure. Cuisine assez bien équipée. La propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours disponible.

Super vacances
Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé, situé à la sortie ouest de la ville (calme !), et à proximité immédiate des arrêts de bus permettant un accès facile et rapide vers le centre. Au même endroit se trouve un magasin Carrefour, ce qui facilite la corvée courses.
Et surtout, il y a Isabelle, hôtesse attentive et toujours souriante, qui fait le maximum pour rendre le séjour aussi agréable qu'on peut le souhaiter.
Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement pour des vacances sympathiques.

Charmantes Häuschen , gepflegt mit wunderschönem Garten,

Bel appartement avec extérieur avec vue sur mer
Bel appartement indépendant dans une villa sur les hauteurs de Nice.
Ce T3 est très fonctionnel, totalement équipé avec un grand salon et une cuisine ouverte. A l'extérieur, petit jardin avec vue sur mer, table pour déjeuner et transats pour prendre le soleil.
Propriétaires très gentils, aux petits soins.
