Lovely property

Lovely property. The roof Terrance was a real highlight for us. Some of the appliances are older but we had no issues with anything. Great check in/out instructions from host. Property as described. We would stay again 😊

Loved the apartment and resort. Would visit again. Disappointed there was refurbishment work going on in the flat below so lots of noise. No ones fault but spoilt the experience a bit. Contact with agent was mixed, very attentive at times with quick responses other times I had to push for responses. Overall enjoyed the resort and area and no fault at all with the apartment.

Dear Tim, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you loved the apartment and the resort, and that you would consider visiting again. It’s great to know that the property itself met your expectations. We are sorry to hear that your experience was affected by the refurbishment work and the noise. As this work was taking place in another apartment, it was unfortunately outside of our control. Nevertheless, we understand how this may have impacted your stay. Regarding communication, we would like to highlight that we were always in contact with you and responded within what was possible from our side. We appreciate your comments and will continue to work on maintaining a consistent and efficient communication experience. Thank you once again for your feedback, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future. Kind regards, Home Holidays Team
