Condominium number 217 offers 1674 square feet for the finest in luxury vacation rentals. As you enter, the tiled foyer leads to a sun-drenched professionally decorated living area with capacious seating that opens onto a 240 square foot balcony overlooking unparalleled seascape vistas and masterful landscaping.

This condo offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen complete with wet bar, side by side refrigerator, smooth-top range, built-in microwave and dishwasher. The glass-topped table in the dining area comfortably seats 6. The exquisite master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed, a writing table (circa 1860), ample storage, TV, reading chair and a spectacular view of the ocean. The adjoining master bath offers cultured marble double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and a spacious glass enclosed shower.

One guestroom includes two twin beds with hand-painted wrought iron headboards, a chest, a TV, private bath and overlooks walking trails. The other guestroom has a queen size bed with an upholstered headboard, a chest, a TV, a cushioned wrought iron bench and a private bath.

We love the St Simons Grand! It’s conveniently located, has a great pool, elevators, and nice covered parking. This condo is amazing! It has a very responsive owner! I would definitely 100% recommend and we would love to plan our return trip soon!

Condo with amazing view!

Had a great experience! This unit was beautiful and had an amazing view of the beach and the pool area at St. Simons Grand. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at the end of the day. The beds were also extremely comfortable. I would stay here again! Everything about this unit was great!

Wonderful view of the ground and water

We liked the place for the location and view. People were friendly and the owners were quick to reply to questions and requests. There was a little too much furniture in the condo, and the place was not filthy but could use as deep clean.

Very impressed with the property. The layout is perfect for family vacations at the beach. Walking distance to the beach bars shopping and restaurants. A short bike ride or even shorter drive to downtown. Plenty of parking even though we stayed at the busiest week of the year. Anne the property owner was quick to respond to communications but we didn't really need anything. Would stay again. Recommend to all. A+.

Amazing property!

We traveled to St Simons with our three college kids. Condo was lovely (one daughter said it was the cutest condo we’ve rented!), property of St Simons Grand was beautiful, beach access quick and close, and restaurants close by. Unfortunately, the keypad battery for the door lock must have died because we could not access the condo that way. Anne was a quick phone call away and found an alternative way for us to get into the condo. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning!

Sparsely Equipped Unit in Aging Complex

The hosts were nice and responsive to the larger issue we had while staying thereThe unit came with enough dishwasher detergent to do one load, hair on one of the bathroom floors, not a single laundry detergent pod. The windows looking on the ocean were filthyThen the one full day of our stay, the fire alarm in the complex went off numerous times. The sound was so piercing you had to go outside. The door of the lobby of the complex was laying on the floor of a stairwell, and the elevator inspections were out of date.

Very nice as always at the Grand as the property is beautiful. Third time staying on location. Unfortunately the jet tub was extremely dirty and fan in two of the bathrooms were very noisy and Sutherland bathroom shower was squealing when turned on but did not ruin overall experience.

Great Family Vacation

We had the best time staying at the Grand and enjoying our week at the beach! It was even larger than it looked in photos, was extremely clean and well stocked, and had gorgeous views. We will definitely be returning!
