Great central place to stay .The property had everything we needed and we were all very comfortable. The garden and outside areas were peaceful and private and any communication and questions we asked Paul were answered promptly.I would recommend staying here and should we ever stay in this area again we would definitely like to come here again.
Beautiful and spacious house with everything we needed. The house was spotless and our host was very helpful. We particularly loved the private walled garden. Highly recommend, we will be back again!

Thanks Peter, glad you and family enjoyed your stay and the boys enjoyed the garden. Hope to see you again sometime.
Absolutely lovely. Had a fantastic time. Spotless, private, tranquil, comfortable. Just loved it. Perfect for the dogs too and great location for Forest of Dean etc. Would love to come here again, and definitely recommend to anyone
From start to finish, our long weekend was perfect. Paul was very good with communicating, the house was great and really comfortable with the most lovely garden which we enjoyed as the weather was so great. Close to lot of interesting walks and pubs too which all welcomed dogs!
The property is well positioned for Ross-on-Wye and surrounding area, but wonderfully rural and peaceful. We enjoyed the well tended large garden with its many areas for eating and relaxation. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need for self-catering.The cooling system and large standing fan, saved us during the heatwave. An added bonus is the large and varied collection of reading material.

Thanks for your kind review Elaine. So pleased you enjoyed the garden and the books.
The heatwave has certainly brought unexpected challenges and glad the fans helped!
A beautiful house in a beautiful location, perfect for our family of four (inc a 4yo and 2yo).The place was quiet and private, there was plenty to do nearby, and plenty of space both inside and out for the kids to play. The hosts were welcoming, communicative, and helpful and as such we really didn't want for anything while we were there.Highly recommended. I expect that we'll stay here again at some point in the future!
Excellent accommodation and host, really lovely place. We found everything to be very thoughtfully put together, both in practicality and design. We had all we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, good showers, and everything was immaculate. The outside areas of garden and patio are spacious, lovely and private. We enjoyed sitting and eating outside, and our daughter had space to roam and play safely. We all loved it!Communication with Paul was excellent from start to finish, very responsive, pleasant and kind. We visited in a heatwave and they had sourced fans in case we might need them.We visited as a group of four adults and a 5 year old. We were all in agreement we would be happy to return. Would highly recommend.
The lovely house and garden in a fantastically peaceful location, was everything we hoped for. We had a very comfortable experience and enjoyed 5 days of lounging around. The lavender in the garden was awash with lovely bees and butterflies and the seating areas were excellent. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were all top not h and I would most definitely recommend!
