About this property
Downtown, easy access to all the fun!
This spacious 1880’s home sits on a large corner lot and features the best of rustic old & modern style. Cozy for a family vacation, or friends working remotely, you will settle in easily here. Sleep on comfy beds, cook meals together in the large kitchen, and stay up late playing games! Big day on the slopes? We've got strong showers, a jet tub, patio furniture, and best of all, a hot tub. Your pup will love the spacious yards & you'll love the Mountain views and easy access to town.
We love dogs & up to 2 housebroken good dogs are welcome. Sorry, no cats. No puppies, scratchers, markers, or incessant barkers, please. No wet or dirty dogs on furniture please! $50/pet/stay (second pet billed separately). Please disclose if you are bringing a pet as a longer clean is required. Thank you!
Homeowners Renee and Amber live nearby and are often readily available if needed. We are glad to tell you about the area & point you in the right direction for local food or fun.
This is a corner house in a quiet & spacious section of downtown. You will love the ease of parking and getting around from here.
Please make yourself at home! The kitchen & bath are fully stocked with all you need. Please remove dirty shoes indoors and leave dirty bikes and wet skis outside! There's ample parking for 4+ cars or an RV in front of the house or in the driveway. (note: we sometimes need foot access to the garage, but you may park in the drive)
Welcome skiers, mountain bikers, and climbers! Welcome families, couples, racers and crew! Welcome doodles, mutts, and pit bulls; we are ready for you! Welcome coffee and hot chocolate sippers. Welcome board game players, and work-from-homers. This space was created with ALL of you in mind.
Athletes: we are an easy bike or walk to the Mineral Belt, to a yoga studio, and to cycling/skiing trails. A bike pump & bike tools are available to borrow. A foam roller & Yoga mat too! Trail maps in the home. Ask for whatever you need.
Coffee & tea drinkers: a kettle, drip coffee maker, grinder, and milk frother is provided. A Keurig too! Filters, whole beans, and a variety of tea bags are provided, too.
Large washer/dryer in master bath with detergent & dryer sheets.
Note: This is a spacious corner lot with fenced front & back yards. The back yard is SHARED space; owners/hosts Renee and Amber live in tiny home behind the Lodge with our boxer Lucy. You will be given as much privacy as you desire, but we love welcoming guests to Leadville and are happy to point you in the direction of our favorite trails & restaurants!
Watch for snow & ice on the back deck. NO GLASS or smoking in the hot tub or backyard , please!
NOTE! Leadville is a small mountain town at high elevation. Although we do our best to keep everything in tip top shape, things do occasionally break. We will notify you in advance if there are problems with WIFI, hot tub, etc. We rely on these items working, too, and problems are rare.
Absolutely no drugs, guns or parties on premises. Be considerate of neighbors.
walk or bike everywhere! There is a bus that runs to Dillon/Frisco, and a Denver Airport shuttle at Copper Mountain (30 min drive). Need a vehicle for your visit? Ask about our F150 listing on Turo.
