Walking distance from the BSI bus terminal, grocery shops, bars, bakery's and restaurants. Many tourists hot spots are also close by, such as Hallgrimskirkja, the big church up on the hill. Free parkin in the street and to the south. Paid parking during business hours to the north and the west.

Great stay at this apartment! The location was excellent for getting around Iceland, and the place itself was spotlessly clean with a thoughtful, comfortable layout. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Would happily book again!

Location, location, location served us well.The 2nd level walk-up flat is spacious and comfortable.The kitchen was well-supplied for self service meal preparations, in the event you wish a night or day in.Anna has supplied many resources for checking out the opportunities around Reykjavik.When tidying up, noticed there seemed to be no dust bin to collect our crumbs.

My flight to Iceland was cancelled so I had less than 24 hours in the apartment. It was clean and well located, close to grocery store and bus stop. Host answered questions promptly.

Took a chance on this lovely apt with only one review at the time & I'm glad I did. Anna is lovely to work with & humored my million questions (I'm a planner &, at times, an anxious traveler). A few details: 1. The apt is exactly as listed & is adequately appointed. If you are looking for something that is up-scale or more luxury, this won't be a good fit for you. Anna's place felt like home to me, comfy & cozy with everything I needed. I loved that I could open the windows at night to get a cross breeze & sleep with fresh air flowing. 2. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. If you have difficulty with stairs, this may not be for you. 3. The bathroom is small, but again, has everything you need. I'm mainly talking to us Americans who go to European countries and expect everything to be super spacious. 4. The apartment is close to EVERYTHING. 2 blocks to Laugavegur, less than 5 mins walk to the church (Hallgrimskirkja) and Rainbow Street, & a 10 min drive to the Sky Lagoon. 5. Parking - I didn't find free daily parking nearby, mostly because it was snowing & I was lazy. I did find a P3 parking zone on the street adjacent to the apartment. Using the Parka app, it was about $9 USD to park all day. I think that is reasonable. 6. If you like to know all the details of your stay days in advance of arrival, take a deep breath & relax. Anna will get you the info before check-in. 7. I was a solo female traveler & felt very safe. 8. Definitely Recommend

Apartment was the perfect location to walk around downtown Reykjavik. I recommend you store luggage at What's On instead of the BSI train station. Much cheaper,if you need want to explore before checking in.

The apartment is a perfect location. The owner answers quickly if you have any questions. There is on street parking which you pay for Monday through Friday until 10 PM. It’s free on Sundays. It’s very close to downtown and very safe. There’s a pretty garden in the backyard you overlook. One bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom and living room room but right and the perfect size for a few few days in Reykjavík!.

Le logement est très fonctionnel et parfaitement situé pour profiter à fond des nombreuses activités disponibles en Islande sans avoir besoin de louer une voiture. Anna a fait preuve de beaucoup de compréhension lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'elle et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos sollicitations. Je recommande grandement son appartement.
