This one bedroom is located above Ae Home, a ceramic studio and gallery. It is a cozy apartment with a small 2nd floor deck with views of the harbor. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars and a great place to stay year round and enjoy the beauty of the harbor. The Boothbay Harbor Festival of Lights and Gardens Aglow at the Botanical Gardens in November is coming up and fun escape for the weekend.

We had a great time in Boothbay Harbor and really enjoyed the location of this apartment. Check in was easy as could be and we had linens and towels as needed. Ours was a quick stay but we would book here again!

We loved this spot!! Easy check in, great location, and the harbor restaurants and shops are a delightful walk away. This was the perfect home base for exploring Boothbay and we hope to come back!

Centrally located gem in the heart of Boothbay Harbor

Seamless checkin, very quick walk into downtown. Steps away from Thistle Inn and the wonderful Vietnamese breakfast joint. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyable stay. A nice, clean functional apartment where everything worked as expected. Location was great too. Couple of small things: It would have been nice to have a couch or loveseat instead of the two wicker chairs. Also, some cooking oil in the pantry would have been good.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great trip and this stay definitely made a huge difference. We had easy walks to shopping, food, and the water. Alison was always available and offered fun activities around town. The room was clean and bright, but the kitchen was lacking in some utensils when we went to cook. Overall, we would love to stay again. Thank you, Alison!

Perfect spot, so walkable

Perfect size for two people with everything you need, including a washer and dryer! Five minute easy walk to everything downtown and so many restaurants steps away, we didn’t drive at all once we parked. The entrance is up a set of stairs on a shared deck, which was fine for us but folks with limited mobility might find it hard. Nice view of the harbor from the deck too! The one downside were the shared walls with the rental unit next door; there were little kids running and crying in the mornings, but that’s not the property’s fault and could happen anywhere. Maybe just be prepared with some earplugs if you’re worried about neighbor noise :)

We loved this property! It was updated, comfortable, and clean. The shower was amazing, and it was great to have a washer and dryer available. We walked to all restaurants and shops easily and parking was easy. The outside deck offered comfortable seating and a view of the harbor.

Great Location

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this rental and it's in a great location. A short stroll to the beautiful harbor and plenty of space for 2 people. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, Kitchen and sitting area. It's so funny that right beside the rental is a place that sells donuts/breakfast and also Asian food and the best dumplings which we enjoyed a few times. We loved the area and this rental worked out really nicely for us.
