The Harborview is located in the heart of the village with beautiful views of the harbor.

Very Sunny one bedroom Completely re-modeled this year, with white washed maple hardwood flooring and a fully custom built kitchen with beautiful white quartz countertops and sea glass back splash. A Queen size bed in bedroom and a queen sized futon in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Full bath with shower & tub. Direct TV, wireless internet, front loader washer/dryer. Linens and towels provided. Parking provided off premise. This is a non-smoking building/unit.

Our Beautiful Harbor offers many activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, Whale Watching & Puffin Watching excursions, Harbor tours, trolley rides through both sides of the harbor, the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, many preserves for hiking, antiques, and lots and lots of fantastic restaurants and shopping, most just steps out our door!!

We also can be found in the Boothbay Harbor Mart & Country Store!

Boothbay Harbor Mart & Country Store is centrally located if you need a great cup of organic fresh or cold brewed coffee, a breakfast or lunch snack, a cold beer or bottle of wine, even a cooler to hold it all in! For those who forget or just pack light, we also have toothbrushes, sunscreen, dramamine, and many toiletries and necessities.

The apartment felt like home Honestly, my daughters and I got emotional leaving. We LOVED the apt and ME. Apt was clean as a whistle. Fantastic location. And the hostess w/the mostest, Ms. Patty was the icing on the cake. She was quick to respond, and eager to help. We can’t wait to return!

Charming and tidy little apartment with perfect location to shops and restaurants. We were able to park the car and leave it, as we were only steps away from two great coffee shops, multiple dinner spots (we highly recommend Ports of Italy), some excellent shopping, and waterfront access to boat excursions. Patty was very accommodating and responsive! We were there during a hot week so the 3rd floor location was somewhat difficult to cool with the portable air conditioner provided, but it did the job. Recommend to bring eyemasks (gets bright early!) shampoo, soap and conditioner.

Two flights of steep shallow steps, uneven floors, and no parking nearby are what make this property not for everyone - we ended up leaving a day early because it was just too much. The inside of the unit is cute and set up exactly as pictured/staged but if any of the aforementioned concerns had been included in the listing, we would have known what we were getting into… for us, we would have chosen another VRBO. My husband and I have been to Boothbay many times (driven from Harpswell, Wiscasset, and East Boothbay), so we thought this year we would stay in town. The LOCATION of this unit is IDEALLY located near shopping, dining, boat tours, etc. but parking a little over 1/4 mile away (owner’s lot/spaces) and getting up & down the stairs several times a day was exhausting. The washer & dryer is on the ground floor, right as you walk into the unit, so when we needed to do a load we sat outside until the load was completely done or it would have been up and down the stairs several more times, carrying a laundry basket - again, for us, too much — bring your own soap & dryer sheets (or buy from their shop).The owner/host was kind & understanding when we explained why we were leaving early and it sincerely pains us to not leave a glowing review, but we feel the information provided may help someone else make an informed decision. If stairs and the parking situation aren’t a problem for you, the location of this place could be perfect! We still love Boothbay.

Our stay was fabulous! This 3rd floor apt was so well decorated and so clean, plus it came with a view we absolutely loved! The location, in the very heart of Boothbay Harbor, could not have been better. Little shops and great restaurants lined the streets, Our hosts, Mark and Patty could be reached in person or by text at any time. They were wonderful hosts. We rate our experience a 10 out of 10 and hope to go back!

Great location in center of town

Easy check-in, check-out process. Prompt communication. Parking off-site almost deterred us but it was manageable with free overnight parking in the public lot and free 2hr parking spaces around town. Nice to be close to everything. Apartment is small but functional and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

In the heart of Boothbay Harbor, we enjoyed daily walks and easy access to the coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. There was a local band playing on the library lawn Friday evening which we wouldn't have known had we not heard it from the apartment!Brisetto's Coffee, Maine Botanical Gardens and Coastal Prime were highlights of our trip.The trade offs for the excellent location are parking hassles and street noise.Communication during the booking process was excellent. Check-in and check-out communication had a couple of hiccups.

The location was amazing and within walking distance to restaurants & shopping, though parking wasn't ideal. The homeowner was very prompt with responses and suggestions. The staircase up to the unit was tight and the floor was not level so we felt "tilted" - not much you can do about that without major construction. It would have been nice to have shades to go along with the shutters in the living room as the windows face the east and street lights were on all night.

Quaint with a view!

We loved staying here! For 2 people it was perfect! The charm of the old building and the location were on point! 5 min or less to anything in the harbor! But the best part was our hosts! Patty and Mark are the best! Always close by with suggestions and help with a smile! If we travel back that way, we will definitely stay there again!

Lovely getaway!

My partner and I stayed at Patty’s property because we were in town for a wedding and decided to make a trip out of it. Patty was so welcoming and provided so many great recommendations. She owns the Harbor Mart downstairs so it was nice knowing that we could pop in and ask questions as needed. She was very communicative and made the check in process super easy. The property was as described and very adorable, right in the heart of town. Highly recommend staying here!
