Our newly built modern apartment with parking, offers a spacious and airy first floor accommodation including a large balcony and bi-fold doors, to help you enjoy and admire the views to the distant sea.
Swallows nest is a newly built modern first floor apartment with two bedrooms and convenient off road parking. Only a short 15min walk to the nearest breach of Carbis Bay and minutes to local shops and restaurants, it has a spacious and airy open plan living area with wood burning stove for cosy nights in. The comfortable sitting area has a smart TV, smart speaker and WIFI for your entertainment. Views out to woods, fields and Hayle beyond which are enjoyed through bifold windows and doors. There is a large balcony with furniture to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The well equipped kitchen with a large central island has everything you need for dining at home. Both bedrooms are ensuite with walk in shower, basin and WC, and handy walk in wardrobes. The master king size bedroom has a great view to the outside and the second bedroom has twin beds, ideal for families. There is an additional bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. Please note the steps up to the property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

My husband and I have lived at Mount Douglas farm since 1990 where we brought up our children and now grandchildren
We have been hosts for many years and enjoy giving our guests a holiday to remember

Why they chose this property

We love living in a rural area but not too far from all amenities
We used to farm cattle but now we have horses free range chickens and
guinea fowl

What makes this property unique

We named this property after the Swallows that nest here every year in the area below the apartment and they can be seen flying around the farm
Swallows Nest is newly built to a very high standard which guests have enjoyed
The views from the balcony make it an interesting place to stay and relax
