INDOOR LIVING: Large spacious living room with a Santa Fe architectural design, 2 casitas, bluetooth surround sound, western decor, game room, dining table, ample seating, 8 flat-screen Smart TVs

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, blender, waffle maker, hand mixer, toaster, crock pot, Keurig Duo, cooking basics, spices, breakfast bar w/ stools

GENERAL: Free WIFI, linens & towels, laundry machines, air conditioning, ceiling fans, essentials, pool heat fee (optional, paid pre-trip)

PARKING: Garage w/epoxy floors and air conditioning (3 vehicles), driveway (3 vehicles), RV & trailer parking available on the side

SECURITY CAMERAS: All Cameras will be ON:

Ring doorbell (front door) 2 Ring cameras (front of house) Ring camera on the roof (does not show the backyard) installed for guest safety - DO NOT cross the threshold of the rooftop deck!

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking (outside is okay, but please use the ashtray provided)
- No pets allowed (if violated, a $500 fee will be imposed and could lead to eviction without a refund)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Signed rental agreement required
- $500 security deposit "hold" required
- Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors and designated quiet hours
- If you'd like the pool to be heated, please reach out at least 48 hours prior to make payment arrangements
- Please note that propane usage will be monitored before and after each stay
- Please report any damages that occur to the property Owner

POOL & SPA ADDENDUM:
- It is your responsibility to learn about safety precautions and procedures concerning swimming in or being around the pool and spa. NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. You agree to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool or spa at all times. You are hereby notified that the pool and spa can be dangerous and you fully agree to use them at your own risk. You are further notified to be cautious when exiting or entering the pool or spa because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present slipping hazards. There are no rails to prevent a fall into the pool. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use of the pool and spa, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings. If traveling with young children, you agree to activate the alarms on the doors that lead outside to the pool and spa area.
