Please leave the apartment tidy and in the same condition as when you arrived.
Kindly place used towels in the bathroom basket and leave beds unmade for cleaning.
Before you go, double-check that all windows are closed, and keys are returned to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events. Any disturbance may lead to removal, a £250 fee, and police involvement if required.
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis inside the property. A £250 cleaning and deodorising fee applies if detected.
Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Please respect neighbours. A £50 fee applies if keys are lost or not returned at checkout.

We had a pretty good time. It was in a very central location which was nice. I do wish that the beds were a little bit more comfortable, and that there were better instructions when it comes to the shower and the heating. Over all it was very enjoyable.
