Penthouse A-701 located at Marina Sol Residences Resort features a Pool & Courtyard View (2400 square feet) 4 Bedroom - 4 Bathroom Penthouse
***We now have free calling for all our guests, that's RIGHT unlimited worldwide calling in our Magnificent Penthouse with a private telephone line that is hard wired and has a very clear connection.

This seventh floor Corner, two levels, luxurious and spacious Penthouse featuring 18 foot ceilings, was completely remodeled in 2015 and updated with all new furnishings. This Penthouse is our personal home away from home and we pride ourselves on having everything in good working order modern and sparkling clean.

The Gourmet kitchen is all in Granite and is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals. Kitchen has all high end appliances plus a water filter system and all water in the Magnificent Penthouse is purified. Dining Area has a beautiful Granite Island and has seating for 10 guests.

Note ** we can arrange a Private Chef if you would like a Catered Meal prepared in the privacy of your Penthouse.

** We also have a Hotel safe located by the Kitchen.

The spacious Great Room which is perfect for entertaining, features seating for 10 guests plus its own high speed internet service a 60 inch HD Smart TV with its own private satellite feed, blue ray player, that is also MP3 and I pod friendly. Simply put this living room / entertainment area is as good as it gets and is well set up for whatever you desire from a family gathering to watching a Sporting Event or dancing and having a small party.

Located off of the Great room is our Large Private Terrace that features sliding pocket doors that allow the outside living area to be part of the Penthouse. The Terrace has sweeping views of the Marina Sol Pool and courtyard area as well as great views of Cabo and the local mountains. The Terrace also features a first class built in Gas BBQ , Granite table and seating for 10. The Terrace closet also has all our free beach stuff for our guests like, coolers, beach towels, air mattresses, noodles, snorkel gear and beach chairs.

Located on the First level is The Terrace Suite which has sliding pocket doors leading to the terrace and features great views . The Terrace Suite features a King size bed with a private 3 piece bathroom all in high end marble finishes and an overhead rain shower, 40 in TV with private Satellite feed, DVD Player and I pod player, there is also a large closet with an Iron & Board , plus for those late morning sleepers we have double pain windows and Black Out Curtains , A/C and overhead fan.

The First level also features The Oasis Suite which has a 3 piece bathroom all in Marble finishes and overhead rain shower. Suite also has a 32 in TV with private Satellite feed , I pod player , plus for those late night sleepers we have double pain windows and black out curtains , A/C and an overhead fan . **** The Oasis Suite can be set up with 2 - twin beds or with a King Size bed.

The Second level of The Penthouse features The Magnificent Suite which has a King Size bed and its own private 3 piece bathroom all in Marble with an overhead Rain shower. Magnificent Suite has large windows and features a View of the City of Cabo and surrounding areas. Furnished with a 32 in TV , private Satellite feed, IPod player. For those late night sleepers we have double pain windows, black out Curtains, A/C and overhead fan.

The Second level also features The Tropical Suite which has a 3 piece bathroom all in Marble finishes and overhead rain shower. Suite also has a 32 in TV , private Satellite feed , I pod player , plus for those late night sleepers we have double pain windows and black out curtains , A/C and an overhead fan .

**** The Tropical Suite can be set up with 2 - twin beds or with a King Size bed.

The Second level also has a Laundry room that we allow our guest to use while staying in our Penthouse.
