The Eveneto Suite is a comfortable and welcoming apartment, located in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the sea and a 10-minute walk from Ortigia. Completely renovated in 2023, Suite Eveneto is composed of a large, very bright living room, which includes a kitchen with table and chairs and a living room where we find a large sofa, TV and coffee table. The sleeping area is a bedroom which leads to a small private open space, with a table and 2 chairs. A small hallway leads to the bathroom, consisting of a large shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The apartment is fully air conditioned and equipped with all comforts except the washing machine: wifi, dishwasher, hairdryer, kettle, electric oven plus microwave oven, citrus juicer, smart TV. Umbrella available for the sea.. City Tax: 4.0 % per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
