Our host, Dina was very responsive to any questions we had.The apartment was very clean, lots of room for 4 adults.Location was perfect! Located in a nice neighbourhood, close to Old Town and about a 30 minute walk to St. Giles Cathedral along the Royal Mile.

The flat was roomy and comfortable, and Dina was extremely prompt and helpful with questions and communications. There are several small markets nearby, which is convenient for stocking the fridge and pantry if needed. The building is extremely quiet - we didn’t experience any noise from any of the other flats. The street that the building is located on was also fairly quiet, apart from some construction that was being done on the building’s patio. There’s a nice view of Calton Hill from the flat, which has a little balcony. Getting to and from the flat via bus was fairly easy, which was great since the trams were out of service due to the Princes St fire. If you’re used to air con in the summers, I’d suggest bringing a personal fan, as there was one small fan in the flat, which got warm during the day and retained that warmth overnight, even with windows open.

Sehr gute Kommunikation. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut, es fahren in unmittelbarer Umgebung Busse und die Tram. Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet, die Möbel sind von einfacher Qualität. Die Bettwäsche ist einfach, aber sauber. Die Handtücher waren gut. Das Geschirr ist nicht einheitlich und wirkt zusammengewürfelt Es müsste mal wieder renoviert werden. Ein Badezimmer ist schwarz gestrichen und nur von einer schwachen Glühbirne beleuchtet. Das ginge besser. Problematisch waren die Türen. Einige schließen nicht. Der Schnapper sitzt fest. Dadurch klappern die Türen nachts bei Wind. Die Balkontür lässt sich nicht schließen und auch nicht abschließen. Die Wohnung würde ich wieder mieten, aber nicht zu diesem Preis

The apartment was exactly as listed. Spacious, clean and tidy. Easy 5 min walk to Leith St. To catch the tram or bus. Dina was an excellent communicator and responded to all our inquiries in a timely manner. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat leider nicht gepasst. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung ist schon deutlich mitgenommen und an vielen Stellen verschlissen, kaputt, klapprig und eher 0815 als hochwertig. Der Boden und Tisch klebten und das Geschirr war auch nicht sehr sauber. Die Lage war gut - parallel zum Leith Walk. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin einwandfrei.
