Right in the heart of Old Town. All the appliances worked well. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Stairs up can be tough for someone not in shape for them. I would stay there again.

A gem of a place to stay on the Royal Mile! Made our two days in Edinburgh easy, as the flat is convenient to everything.We are hikers, so we did not mind the steps at all. Loved the hike up to Arthur’s seat!

Room was as advertised. Clean, with lots of towels and extras in the kitchen. Right on the Royal Mile so close to many things. The only struggle for us was the stairs to the flat. We knew that there were stairs but we weren't expecting them to be quite so steep and narrow. If you have lots of luggage you would need to take multiple trips. We would stay in the flat again but for some they would be difficult to manage.

Our day was great location was wonderful apartment was clean and comfortable. Only concern was the five flights of stairs with luggage is a little tough but overall it was a great stay.

Amazing location and beds were super comfy. View out front (and back) windows was beautiful! Bathroom needs a refresh and the mirror light didn’t work so the bathroom was very dark. Great location with fully stocked kitchen and cozy couch to sit on after a day of sightseeing.

Great location. Stairs were a bit of a challenge but manageable. Would definitely stay here again. Not sure if the owner knows but there was only 1 tea cup, so we had to use the water glasses for our morning cup.

Perfect location

Andy’s apartment is perfectly located in the middle of the best of Edinburgh. But once you are inside, it’s quiet and a comfortable refuge. Loved it!

In the heart of old town. Great location. The apartment was very cozy and super cute. Stairs were no joke though! Be prepared to climb with all your luggage.
