We had a lovely 2night stay in the cottage. It had all the amenities needed, clean and tidy and clear instructions on how to use the facilities. It was lovely to have a bit of garden access as well. Cromford is a very cute quiet village and was a convenient location close to Matlock Baths and is well placed to get to other areas of the Peak District. We explored Matlock, Bakewell & Buxton and did some walks around Castleton and Thorpe Cloud/ Dovedale. We had a great stay. Wish we had discovered the local Bookshop/cafe a bit sooner, only had 10 minutes to explore it before it closed!
Stayed 2 nights in May 2026
