Ideally situated for an array of activities, you’ll find the shingle shores of Dunwich Beach just 4 miles away, offering access to the scenic trails of the Suffolk Coast Path and the famous nature reserve at Minsmere.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living space, beautifully styled with two large leather sofas and a feature exposed brick fireplace at its centre. Made for socialising, the kitchen is a warm and welcoming area with a cosy window seat, breakfast bar and all the facilities you’ll need to prepare a family feast served up in the dining room. Conveniently, there is a cloakroom downstairs fitted with a shower, WC and washing facilities. Moving up to the first floor there is a tastefully decorated king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A further twin room which can be made up as a double upon request, and a standard double room complete the sleeping arrangements both decorated in a calming country style.
