In the heart of the Coachella Valley and few minutes drive to Coachella & Stagecoach Festivals, Empire Polo Grounds, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and 30 mins to Palm Springs. Come relax in this renovated Indio home with private pool & mountain views.
Space
Comfortable and spacious open floor plan. The home is newly remodeled with all new furnishings, décor and flooring. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and an elevated queen air mattress. The backyard with its ample landscape, private pool and spa (heated) are a perfect place to relax and unwind from it all. The pool can be heated for an additional fee that must be pre-arranged with the Host.
Guest access
Guest will have access to entire home and property. The master bedroom closet will be off limits.

My home is located in a quiet, charming and safe neighborhood with a short walk to a grocery store, farmers market, shops, a neighborhood dive bar and local restaurants.

Public transportation is within walking distance. Taxi and Uber service are available.

The Coachella Valley has a lot to offer as a vacation destination. You are minutes away from great restaurants, outdoor activities like hiking and golf and world-renowned special events like Coachella, Stagecoach Music Festivals, La Quinta Arts Festival and BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament.
