Perfect for what I needed for a couple of days and nights to attend the Falmouth graduations. Beautifully quiet, comfortable and better than I expected. Only two comments, the key was so hard to get in the door! There was a knack to it, which I didn't have. But this is a wonderful place, the gardens are gorgeous, and the views incredible. very friendly team too.
