Spend a day at the pool enjoying the kids play area, lazy river, or one of the relaxing hot tubs. Bike rental onsite, walk or bike right to the ocean!! Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Coastal Dish the onsite restaurant, or grab a coffee at the onsite Starbucks! Spend an afternoon fishing from one of the many fishing/crab docks, or play a round of tennis at one of the beautiful tennis courts!

Enjoyed watching the alligators, turtles and fish that were in the pond from the balcony. Private beach was beautiful. All kitchen accommodations we needed were provided. Certainly would rent this unit from this owner again.

We love it here…

We stayed at this property last year and had such a great experience that we chose it for our week in Pawleys Island again this year. It is comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. We love the pool and proximity to the beach and other attractions. Hope to be back next year.

Golf and beach trip

The beach was more crowded than I like. But the condo was perfect. And easy to access. And Plenty of fresh linens and towels. We loved the new bathroom with walk-in shower. And the view from the balcony is so nice. Thank you for the care you take.

Very tired property.

Though clean, this unit is tired and forgotten. Interiors by Fred Flintstone. Bring your slippers for the carpet. The gate guards couldn’t give directions—-the maintenance crew was clueless. We love Pawleys and Litchfield but won’t return to litchfield by the sea.

We had a wonderful stay. The beach was gorgeous, the pool was fun and the unit was the perfect size for family of four. (Teenagers) kitchen was well equipped, unitv was clean and comfortable and the beds were cozy. Couldn't have been happier.

We just got home from our first family vacation with our daughter (17 months). The condo was wonderful, clean, and had everything we needed! So convenient to the pool, beach, and all restaurants are so close. We loved the summerhouse and will be back!

Perfect Family Get Away

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed. Clean towels and linens, all the kitchen and bathroom stuff, as well as some beach chairs and toys. We really enjoyed looking over the balcony at the turtles swimming in the pond, we spotted a few alligators too! My nephews loved the pool with lazy river and my personal favorite was the beach! This was our first trip to Pawley's Island but we will definitely be back. I enjoyed a shady morning run around the loop in the complex. We heard live music coming from the nearby restaurant, but did have a chance to sample the food. I know there were also bikes to rent. All in all the trip was a 10/10.

Mothers day Retreat

5th time staying at Summerhouse condos. This one is at the top. As advertised, pictures accurately show the unit. Extras such as beach towels, chairs, and umbrella you don't have in other units. Only cons have to do with the pool which is the responsibility of Litchfield. Have stayed for past 3 years at Mothersday. First time pool was sub-standard. No towels available, pool needed cleaning , cabana covers torn, bird droppings on chairs, etc.

The summerhouse spot was a perfect getaway for my family! The rooms were beautifully decorated (which made it fun on the few hours of rain we had). A short walk or easy drive to the beach was lovely, and we enjoyed a few hours lounging at the pool as well. We hope to return again soon!

I had a wonderful stay at the Summerhouse 414 in Pawleys Island! The condo is in a great location, has a wonderful view, and is spotless. Conveniently located to the beach, shopping, and all the great restaurants in Pawleys Island. I have been coming to the area for several years and absolutely love the warmth, charm and hospitality of this special little hideaway. I cannot wait to get back and will definitely rent this condo again next time.
