Spacious vaulted ceilings plus hardwood floors in main living/ dining/ foyer area, granite countertops in kitchen, ceramic tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen, new carpet in bedrooms, fresh paint, premium furniture, fully stocked kitchen plus a SC State Park pass for all your adventuring. All this with an amazing tranquil view, from your private 3rd floor screened in porch, of the 17th fairway of the prestigious True Blue Golf and Racket Club. From this peaceful perch you can watch the golfers or the Egrets and Bald Eagles. With historic Pawley's Island Beach only 2 miles away and award winning golf courses everywhere you look, plus so much to do in this quaint beach town, there is something for everyone. This is our home away from home so all you need to do is arrive and unpack. Relax it's Pawleys!

We just stayed for a month. We had a fantastic time checking out the beaches and restaurants, spending time with family, and everything else that Pawleys island has to offer. Huntington Beach state park is fantastic and Atalaya is a must see.

This was a nice condo i a quiet place, quick drive to the beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed two peaceful evenings having breakfast each morning on the little deck overlooking a golf course.

What a vacation!!

Well the area itself is awesome with the pools, golf etc but the condo made the trip. It was very clean, everything we needed was there, the owners were very responsive to all of our questions. We will be making sure to book the same place next year!

Third floor walkup.. well equipped with coffe pot, wine glasses, kitchen cleaning supplies. Front door lock old and hard to see numbers and bathrooms a little dated but overall a good rental.

Our stay at the Pawleys Island condo was enjoyable. We stayed in Jan/Feb of 2024. The place was clean, and the checkin process was simple. The place was exactly as described, and communication with the owner was excellent. The location couldn’t have been better. A quiet top-rated golf course in the backyard, and a pool & jacuzzi across the street made this a pleasant place for our 2 months In Myrtle Beach area.

Reconnecting with family

We visited with a longtime resident of Pawleys Island and our Uncle and Aunt flew in from Texas. Other than it being bike week and everything being covered with people and bikes it was a wonderful visit with great weather. The unit was exceptional with very nice neighbors.

What makes this property unique

Found at the southernmost end of the Grand Strand, Pawleys Island is one of the most historic resort communities on the east coast. It was once the summer home to wealthy pre-Civil War rice planters, and there are still twelve residences, which date from the late 1700s to the mid-1800s, intact in the historic district. Pawleys Island is proudly referred to as “arrogantly shabby,” as residents revel in its simple charms and natural beauty. Those charms rub off on visitors who enjoy the community’s unique shops, restaurants, and slower pace.

Home to three of America’s top 100 public golf courses. So, enjoy a walk on Pawleys’ delightful stretch of white beach, or kick off your shoes and enjoy lounging in one of the area’s popular rope hammocks. Do a little shopping at the Hammock Shops, home to many local boutiques and gift stores as well as local restaurants .
