Pureserviced has been providing quality luxury short term rental properties in the ocean city of Plymouth for the past five years, with most of our properties being close to the water. As a family owned and run business we are very conscious of ensuring all our guests have a safe and comfortable stay during their time with us.



We employ our own team of guest relations staff, housekeepers, and maintenance team to ensure the quality of our properties is maintained to a high standard.



The Barracks sleeps eight, being a quality three bedroom house with an additional sofa bed in the lounge, with the benefit of free WI-FI and smart TV'S. It has a fitted kitchen which is fully equipped for your stay with a fridge, dishwasher and washer-dryer, plus a separate dining room with table and chairs.



This house is perfect for families, groups of leisure guests or anyone working in or near the dockyard .

One bedroom has a zip and link bed that can either be made up as single beds or zipped together to form a queen size double. The second bedroom is a twin room and the final bedroom is a bunk bed room.



The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a separate toilet downstairs.

This property has been newly refurbished with a brand new kitchen in 2023.



The Barracks by Pureserviced is close to the famous Royal Dockyard, and perfectly positioned to be a base for exploring the local areas of Plymouth and Cornwall.



Whether you are working in the city, or looking for a relaxing break, this property will not disappoint, being easily accessible to everywhere in the city .



Located within a residential area close to the Dockyard in Plymouth. The property is located approx 2 miles from the City Centre, yet with its ease of access to the A38 it offers great road access both into Cornwall and further into Devon.

Overall property was adequate but a few small things to note/ could be improved. No net curtains in any of the rooms, blinds really needed in kitchen in Summer as sun comes straight in through kitchen window which cannot be opened. Carpet is torn between lounge and entrance. One sofa had stains. No loo roll holders or bath mats on either loo/bathroom. No wardrobe in double room or anywhere to put clothes. Side light in bunk room not working but no table for it to stand on where the plug reaches anyway. On street parking is tight and might need to drive around to find a space. There is a motorbike immediately opposite which is REALLY noisy when the owner leaves at 6.30am. As there is no double glazing all street noise can be heard. Having said that the house was comfortable and nice clean fluffy towels.
