For the price and location this house was a good deal, but the house itself needs some updating. There is no railing for the stairs and the brackets holding the window air conditioners are rustic badly and if one of them falls out of the window while you're exiting you would be crushed. The house was clean and the bathrooms were updated and work very well.

Location! Location! Location! Can't beat the location of this rental! It's within walking distance to Duval and Mallory Square. We basically kept our car in the parking spot (provided) and walked everywhere.The house is a bit dated but served its purpose. We had plenty of room to sleep, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and 2 bathrooms. There was a sleep sofa bed in the living room as well. The window A/C units were sufficient to keep us cool at night.We were provided with plenty of towels for the bathroom as well as the beaches. They also provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels and soaps/shampoos. We did not need to go to the store to replenish anything in our 3 night stay.A couple of things worth noting: there is no washer/dryer or a dishwasher. Those weren't important to us to make a decision on the place. The internet worked great!Why a 4* not a 5? Like I said, it's a bit dated. The living room can use new furniture for sure. It smelled a little musty/damp, maybe a de-humidifier would fix that. Also, a couple of our towels seemed dirty, but thankfully, we had plenty to choose from.I would definitely return and rent this place. Its proximity to everything was ideal!

The location was perfect. We rented bikes through Eaton and the location of the apartment was within a short walk or bike ride. Having a parking space was such an amenity in that area as well. The place itself was cute and clean. We loved the shower and the sitting room.

The location of this home is perfect! Everything is about a 6 minute walk. It is a quiet street. You don't hear neighbors or anyone connected. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be reserving this location for future visits!

We loved the location, decor, amenities with the room. The only negative is that the mattress for the pull out couch desperately needs to be replaced as the spring has busted out of the bottom cover making it very uncomfortable for sleep.
