With its private terraces and front line location on the Quarteira promenade (Calçadão), this apartment is ideal for a relaxed family holiday by the ocean, with restaurants, beach bars and shops just steps away.



Please note: this is a duplex apartment. Bedrooms are on one level, while the kitchen, living area and main terrace are upstairs, accessed by internal stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright and comfortable living room, and a spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.



Guests also have access to the condominium pool.



Terrace access note: the terrace is for the exclusive use of guests. On rare occasions, condominium maintenance may need access via an external terrace door only (not through the apartment). If this is ever required, guests will be informed in advance.

The pictures do not do it justice! What an amazing spot. The terrace was huge and so many places to sit. The location at the beach was perfect. Highly recommend. Family of 5 kids and we all had plenty of space

Fantastic apartment with great space inside and out. The location is fantastic, offering both the apartment block's own pool or the beach immediately opposite. Terrific veranda offering spectacular beach views. Cafes, restaurants and the Quarteira promenade right outside your door. I'd highly recommend
