Two fully equipped kitchens, two fully furnished outdoor spaces, oversized deck with grill, washer/dryer, sleeps 10 (2 King, 2 Queen, Full over Full bunk beds) 3 living spaces, 2 pack and plays, 2 full baths, outdoor shower, large yard, and central a/c in every room! No ferry ticket? No car? No problem! This home is located close enough to the Vineyard Haven ferry for a quick bike ride or comfortable walk. Walking distance to trails and beach!

Wonderful Stay

Exceptionally clean and convenient. Beautiful home with unique character and design. We particularly love the three different seating areas as it allowed us to spread out a bit. While the picture are accurate the property exceeded our expectations.

Impeccable

Magnificently built home, tastefully furnished, astonishing amount of space, in a peaceful neighborhood very close to Vineyard Haven. We deeply appreciated the large bedrooms, king beds, and full household amenties. At the house we cooked, we lounged, we laughed, and rested deeply. A perfect stay just before full summer season, very highly recommended.

Lovely stay on a beautiful island

My family and I stayed on MV and we are a pretty large crew. Despite our size and young children (as young as 2), we found this home to be conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Vineyard Haven, a quick walk to the West Chop lighthouse and a bicycle ride to the nearby beaches. We'd recommend a car to get further afield but the bus system is pretty great too. The house was spotless and access was easy. Communication with the host was also really flawless. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it highly to any family looking for a fine vacation on Martha's Vineyard.

Family Friendly House

Owner's did a great job designing the house. It was modern and very clean. We had a group of 8 and the two kitchens came in handy. The house was well appointed with everything we needed for the week. The beach chairs were awesome! The neighborhood is quiet and residential so not a party house, which was ok with us. We had a great time and loved the house, so please note that the following comments are meant to be constructive to help the owners with future listings. I think it might make sense to mention on the listing that the top floor bedroom is not ideal for children or older adults. the spiral staircase could be tricky and it would be very difficult to bring luggage up there. Also, the big tree over the roof of the room made noise when it was windy so may want to trim the branches touching the roof. Also not sure that the air conditioner on the 3rd floor was working, but it was pleasant sleeping at night with the windows open. Overall GREAT!!!

We love this neighborhood is quiet yet centrally located near walking trails, public beaches and Main Street, Vineyard Haven. Great to jog around West Chop and take in the vistas or play golf at Mink Meadows just down the street. Sheriff's Meadow has great walking trails for young and old!

What makes this property unique

We have a unique 5 bedroom set up that allows privacy with 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 outdoor spaces, great for families or friends renting together! My favorite room is the tower room with 4 huge windows in every direction.
