Conveniently close to Termini train station, located in a working neighborhood. Very reasonable priceRestaurants and grocery store within 10 min walk. We walked to all the major attractions from the apartment. There's a number of missing info on this property we updated the owner with (? new owner).2 bedrooms (not 3 as listed) and 2 bathrooms with shower stalls. The 3rd bed is in the kitchen/living area and it's very firm and comfy. The apartment was on the second floor with a small elevator. Door locks on main entrance of the building and lock box on the apartment door. Clean, modern functional furniture and appliances. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, Nespresso pods machine and a few complimentary pods, dishwasher, utensils, pots and pans. Washer dryer combo (very long drying cycle vs dedicated North American dedicated dryers).Washroom with stalls are clean, functional, shower stalls, plenty of water pressure, small bottles of soap and shampoo.Owner is very responsive with messaging. Windows to a small courtyard which we kept close due to an Indian restaurant cooking next door.
